Welcome to OceanExplorers. By accessing our website, enrolling in our diving courses, or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Course Enrollment & Eligibility
To enroll in our diving courses, participants must be at least 10 years old. Minors (under 18 years of age) require written parental or guardian consent before participating. All participants must complete a health declaration form and acknowledge that they meet the necessary medical fitness requirements for diving activities.
2. Payments & Refund Policy
Full payment is required upon enrollment to secure your spot in the course. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before the course start date will receive a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable but may be rescheduled for a future date, subject to availability.
- No refunds will be provided for missed sessions, late arrivals, or incomplete courses.
3. Health & Safety
Your safety is our top priority. All participants must follow the safety guidelines and instructions provided by our certified instructors at all times. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in removal from the course without a refund. Participants with pre-existing medical conditions are advised to consult a physician before enrolling in our courses.
4. Equipment & Liability
OceanExplorers provides all necessary diving equipment for the courses. Participants are responsible for the care and return of any rented equipment. Any damage caused to the equipment due to negligence will be charged to the participant. While we take every precaution to ensure a safe diving experience, participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with diving activities. OceanExplorers is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during the course.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and course materials, is the intellectual property of OceanExplorers and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

7. Changes to Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa, India.
